There are 3 EASY ways to send a parcel
Your local Hermes ParcelShop is a convenient alternative to a Post Office. You can book online, with the Hermes app or – if the shop has a Print In-Store device – just turn up with your parcel. Whichever way you choose, you can use our Print In-Store devices to print your label if you don’t have a printer.
We have more than 1,100 Lockers across the UK. They’re open 24/7, are covered by CCTV and are located in convenient places, like supermarkets.
Our largest Locker is 66cm x 41cm x 38cm – plenty for bigger parcels.
Let us collect your parcel from you with our door-to-door courier service. Choose when you’d like us to collect it – up to 7 days in advance – and we’ll deliver it within 3 to 5 days from collection.
Available with Standard delivery, book your courier collection now, either online or with the Hermes app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
Sending your parcels with Hermes is QUICK and EASY.
Tell us where it's going, where it's coming from and how much it weighs – our maximum weight is 15kg, and you can find out about our size guidelines here.
You have two simple services to choose from:
Let us know what’s in your parcel (read our simple guide on what you can and can’t send) and how much it’s worth. We include £20 cover for FREE and, for peace of mind, you can increase the cover if your parcel’s worth more. You can also request a signature as proof of delivery.
Tell us where your parcel is going and – if you’d like your recipient to receive tracking updates – add their email address. We’ll also ask if there’s a safe place where we can deliver the parcel, as well as a return address, your email address and phone number, just in case we can’t deliver the parcel.
All you need to do now is pay then print your label. If you don’t have a printer, you can use a Print In-Store device at most of our ParcelShops – you can find your nearest one here.
With Hermes, you can take your parcel straight to one of our ParcelShops and fill in the details on a Print In-Store device. Once you’ve printed and attached the label, just hand your parcel to a member of store staff.
