There are 3 different ways to return your M&S parcel, depending on whether it’s standard or large. Large parcels are courier collection only. If you’re returning a standard M&S parcel, you have 3 quick and easy options:

Yes, M&S returns are free with Hermes.
No, you can take your M&S return to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In-Store device to complete your return in one go.
You can also book your FREE Hermes return online or using our app to arrange a courier collection or drop your parcel off at your nearest ParcelShop.
Alternatively, any clothing, home accessories and unused beauty products bought in store can be returned to an M&S Clothing and Home Store.
We’ll automatically provide you with a M&S returns label, which you can print at home or by using a Print In-Store device at a ParcelShop.
You can track your return using the Hermes app or by entering your parcel number in our tracker.
