How to return your M&S parcel

There are 3 different ways to return your M&S parcel, depending on whether it’s standard or large. Large parcels are courier collection only. If you’re returning a standard M&S parcel, you have 3 quick and easy options:

  1. Use our app or book online, then drop it off at any of our ParcelShops or Lockers. Click the link at the top of the page to get started
  2. Arrange a courier collection – book it up to a week ahead with our site or our app
  3. Take your parcel to a ParcelShop with a Print In-Store device – you don’t need to book, just fill in your details on the device

You can also use our Print In-Store devices to print your label if you’ve booked online, but don’t have a printer at home.
