With Hermes, you can return anything you've bought online with John Lewis within 35 days of purchase, providing it meets the requirements stated in the John Lewis returns policy, and also meets our own delivery terms.
All items should be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition (unless it's faulty, and excluding certain items for hygiene reasons). You can return your parcel with Hermes, as long as it weighs no more than 15kg, is no more than 120cm long and has a combined length and circumference of no more than 225cm.
If you've bought a piece of furniture or larger item that weighs more than 15kg, you'll need to arrange for a home collection of your unwanted item by getting in touch with the John Lewis customer care team.
Returning an item to John Lewis is easy with Hermes. You can drop your parcel at any of our 5000 ParcelShops or arrange for a courier to collect it from you. You'll need to attach a returns label to your parcel, though (just head to our returns page to create and print one).
No printer? No problem! You can also create one 'on the go' using the Hermes app and print it using our Print In-Store device - you'll find them in our 'Print In-Store' ParcelShops. Or if it's easier, create and print your label right there and then at the device. Find your nearest ParcelShop.
Delivery of returns usually takes between 3 and 5 working days, but we advise that you allow up to 7 working days for John Lewis to receive your parcel. Once you've sent your parcel, you can track its progress using our tracking tool. Just enter your 16 character tracking number or 8 character calling card reference to see your parcel's progress.
