How to return your In The Style parcel
You can return a parcel now by clicking the link above or by taking your item to a ParcelShop with a Print In-Store device. To return your In The Style parcel:
- Select your return method – you can choose to return your In The Style parcel using our ParcelShops, Lockers or our friendly local couriers
- Give us a few details – let us know your order number, email address and reason for returning. If you’re using our courier service, we’ll need your collection address
- Book your slot – if you’re using our courier service, you’ll get a choice of dates
- Print your In The Style returns label – print your label at home or use one of our Print In-store devices, available at many ParcelShops
- Drop it off or let your courier collect it – drop your parcel off at your nearest ParcelShop or Locker, or let the courier collect it, depending on what you’ve chosen
Please note: there is no charge from Hermes, but In The Style will deduct an admin fee from your refund.
What you need to know for your In The Style return
Here’s a quick guide on things to know and check before you return your In The Style parcel:
- To reduce waste, In The Style don’t include returns labels. We’ll create one automatically, which you can either print at home or with a Print In-Store device at a ParcelShop
- Make sure you report your return within 14 days of receiving your items
- The Hermes returns service is free to use, but In The Style will deduct an administration fee from your refund
