- Get in touch with us. If you have a tracking number, please have it ready. Your query will be sent directly to one of our parcel people, so they can investigate quickly
- We’ll respond as soon as possible. When you submit your enquiry, you’ll be asked to share the best way for us to contact you. One of our team members will get back in touch
- You can still contact your retailer or sender. We work closely with them, so they can raise a query directly with us on your behalf
